The Challenge
FYNE Consulting GmbH is a company specializing in compliance and data protection. The challenge for this design was to present these abstract and often dry topics in a visually modern and engaging way. The goal was to leave behind the rigid image of traditional law firms and instead create a dynamic, digital, and trustworthy look that perfectly fits into the tech industry.
The Logo
For the logo itself, I focused on a strong, modern typographic approach. The bold, customized lettering of the word "FYNE" conveys authority and stability—crucial elements in the compliance and legal sector. Simultaneously, the wide, tech-inspired letterforms reflect the company's forward-thinking, digital-first mindset. Paired with a clean, understated font for "consulting", the wordmark serves as a solid visual anchor. It stands strong on its own while perfectly complementing the more intricate "digital scales" key visual.
The Story / Execution
To bridge the gap between law and modern technology, I completely reinterpreted the most classic symbol of the legal world—the scales of justice. Instead of a traditional icon, I designed the scales as a glowing network of data points. This "digital constellation" on a dark, tech-oriented background symbolizes secure networking and the protection of sensitive data. Combined with the clean, futuristic typography, the result is a visual identity that immediately signals: this is where legal security meets cutting-edge digital expertise.
